Do you deliver furniture in Singapore?

Yes, we deliver islandwide across Singapore, with full installation included. Delivery takes about 2 to 8 weeks depending on the item and stock availability, and delivery is free for orders over $500. Message us on WhatsApp to confirm a delivery slot for your order.

How much do your products cost?

Our pricing is on application (POA). Message us on WhatsApp or visit one of our showrooms for current pricing, ongoing promotions and stock availability.

What warranty do you offer?

Warranty coverage depends on the product. Mattresses carry a 10 or 15-year warranty depending on the model, with a free 1-to-1 exchange for eligible defects in the first 12 months. Sofas come with a 3-year warranty on the frame and base, and 1 year on upholstery and other parts. Bed frames carry a 1-year warranty. Display and clearance items are sold as-is with no warranty. Where are your showrooms, and what are your opening hours?

We have 2 showrooms in Singapore: Sims Avenue at 51 Sims Ave (5 minutes from Aljunied MRT), and Labrador at 1 Labrador Villa Rd (near Labrador Park MRT). Both showrooms are open Mon to Sun, 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM.

What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 3 days of delivery or collection, provided the item is brand-new, unused and in its original packaging. A re-packaging fee and transport fee may apply, and approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within up to 21 working days. What materials do you use in your furniture?

We use sintered stone for our dining and coffee tables, which resists heat, scratches and stains, quality fabric and leather upholstery for our sofas, and pocket-spring and foam layers in our Dormiflex mattresses. Our dining chairs, bed frames and TV consoles are built with durable frames and finishes suited to Singapore homes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, bank transfer and PayNow. For in-store purchases, we also accept NETS and cash. We offer 0% interest instalment plans of up to 24 months with participating bank credit cards.

How do I request a repair or raise a complaint about my furniture?

For repairs, defects or servicing enquiries, message our Servicing Department directly on WhatsApp at +65 9785 0877 (ask for Violet). Please have your order details and photos of the issue ready to help us resolve it faster.

Do I need an appointment to visit a showroom?

Walk-ins are always welcome at both showrooms during opening hours. If you would like a one-on-one consultation or want to avoid waiting during peak hours, message us on WhatsApp ahead of your visit.
