Once an order is accepted, cancellation may not be possible. All returns, refunds, exchanges, servicing, and warranty claims are governed strictly by our Return & Refund Policy and Warranty Policy.

Purchases are for personal or household use only and not for resale or export.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Online prices may differ from showroom prices or in-store promotions.

You agree to provide valid, current, and complete payment information and authorise Rozel Furnishing to charge the applicable amount, including delivery, service, administrative fees, and taxes where applicable.

Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Rozel Furnishing is not responsible for delays caused by logistics providers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

Customers must inspect all goods upon delivery. Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery. Any damage, defect, or issue must be reported in accordance with our servicing procedures.
