How do I place an order?
You can checkout all products directly via our online store. If you'd like to get more information before considering a purchase, feel free to get in touch with our team. Better yet, drop by any of our two showrooms for an immersive real-life experience — see, touch, and feel the furniture in person before buying, because your comfort is our priority.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
Once an order is confirmed and processing has begun, cancellations may not be possible. If you need to make changes (such as delivery address or contact number), please reach out to your assigned salesperson as soon as possible. Changes are subject to the order's current processing status.
How can I track my order?
To check on the status of your order, please get in touch with your salesperson directly. They will provide you with the most up-to-date information on your order's progress and estimated delivery timeline.
What if there is a problem with my order?
If there is any issue with your order upon delivery — such as damage, defects, or incorrect items — please contact your salesperson or our customer service team immediately with photos and your order details. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Delivery & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines vary depending on stock availability, typically ranging from 2 weeks to 8 weeks. Some items may be readily available for faster delivery, while made-to-order or imported pieces may take longer. For a more confirmed timeline on your specific order, please discuss directly with your salesperson.
Do you charge for delivery?
Delivery charges vary based on your location — and who knows, you might just get a free delivery based on your purchases! Feel free to discuss it with your salesperson to enjoy the maximum promotions and options available to you.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If your order has not been dispatched, you may request a change of delivery address by contacting your salesperson. Once the item is out for delivery, address changes may no longer be possible.
Do you deliver to all areas in Singapore?
Yes, we deliver island-wide within Singapore. For deliveries to restricted-access buildings or locations with special requirements, please inform your salesperson in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Returns & Exchange
What is your return policy?
As furniture is a high-value, bulky item, we are generally unable to accept returns due to change of mind. We strongly encourage customers to visit our showrooms to view and test products in person before purchasing. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability. Please contact your salesperson to discuss your situation. Exchange requests must be raised promptly after delivery, and the item must be in its original condition.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please inspect your furniture upon delivery. If you notice any damage or defects, inform the delivery team immediately and take photos. Contact your salesperson or our customer service team within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange for a repair, replacement, or other appropriate resolution.

Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and bank transfer. For in-store purchases, we also accept NETS and cash payment.
Do you offer instalment plans?
Yes, we offer 0% interest instalment plans for up to 24 months with participating bank credit cards. Available instalment options may vary — please ask your salesperson or check at the point of purchase for the latest plans.
Warranty
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, Rozel furniture comes with a manufacturer warranty. Warranty coverage and duration vary by product type — please check with your salesperson or refer to the warranty card included with your purchase for specific terms.
What does the warranty cover?
Warranties typically cover manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. They do not cover damage from misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear. Your salesperson can advise on the specific warranty terms for any product you're interested in.

Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are always welcome at all two showrooms! However, if you'd like a personalised one-on-one consultation or want to avoid wait times during peak hours (weekends and public holidays), we recommend booking ahead via WhatsApp.
Which showroom should I visit?
All showrooms carry our full furniture range. Central (Sims Avenue) is best if you're coming by MRT. South (Labrador Villa) is convenient for those in the south/west area. Not sure? WhatsApp us and our team will help you decide.
Can I see and test furniture before buying?
Absolutely — we encourage it! Our showrooms display a wide range of Rozel sofas, recliners, dining sets, bedroom furniture, and custom wardrobes. You can sit, touch, and test everything in person. Our team is happy to help you find the right piece for your home.
